Genuinely appalling customer service. Worst I’ve encountered in 30 years of working in retail myself abs being a mystery shopper for 15 years. Great if all goes well with your purchase and if no issues but if it goes wrong they are embarrassing. I wouldn’t buy again based on the fact of service should be as good as the product.. do not recommend
I asked for information on the V1&VR vest and I got a response so quickly. It was so simple, easy and friendly. Would definitely recommend getting in touch if you’re unsure! I spoke to Kelsey online and with such great responses and help I later purchased the V1 vest!

The free train running strap is so good for me while running, I don't worry about my phone falling off me while exercising & it's so comfortable and I would recommend anyone to buy the item its worth the value.
This company refused to process a refund. I purchased this for my son and it did not work for him. I followed all of their instructions - made a written request for a refund, was directed to the return process, paid the shipping to return it and then received no refund. I contacted them, was asked to wait, and later when I wrote back, they said there was no record of it. After endless back and forth, they claimed that it was not delivered, even though I provided them with Canada Post delivery confirmation. I am out both the cost of the item and return shipping. Very disappointing.
Purchased my vest in February of this year and have loved using it for my runs. Last week noticed that the Velcro strip was coming away from the fabric. Contacted their customer service explaining the situation. They were very helpful, requested I send it back in so they could see if it could be repaired or would require a replacement sending out. Posted this to them on Friday last week, today I received an email confirming a replacement had been despatched. Very happy with their customer service and looking forward to getting back out there with my vest ☺️
I don’t usually write reviews but I love this vest so much!! It’s lightweight, fits everything I need for a run and best of all, fits my phone perfectly. I thought the price was steep at first but I wear it every time I run so have definitely gotten my money’s worth :)
Best product I've invested in so far..... Running, gym work, no need to worry about losing your phone. Amazing product
Absolutely fantastic customer service especially Kelsey who dealt with our case when our freetrain vest package arrived without the vest! She was very considerate of our situation and another replacement arrived within two days. My 14 year old son is very impressed with the vest and he did. Hiit online session with it and it was really secured when he ran with it for first time. His phone and keys fitted well in all the pockets. Very fantastic product and experience with the company!
Everything was amazing, feel sad I can’t give 5 stars as I love the phone holder so much, have been for 3 runs this week already, I’d also got a pair of gloves too- size s/m and sadly they are too big and they don’t do xs so having to send them back- but the customer service was 5 stars as well as the phone holder, just the size of the gloves
I used my freetrain for the first time today and all I can say is I wish I had this product years ago ! I absolutely love it and will definitely be looking to invest more in freetrain products.
It’s comfortable to wear and looks great.
I was a little hesitant because they’re not cheap, but I can thankfully confirm you get what you pay for. These things are so comfortable to wear and not at all restrictive as i thought they might be. My first run was a 6 miler is torrential rain, but my iphone was secure and protected....brilliant

Really good piece of equipment! Makes running so much more comfortable not having to worry about your phone and keys
My daughter bought me a free train V1 for Christmas... gone is the running belt... gone is the armband .
This was definitely the best present I got last year.
My phone doesn’t bounce around anymore.
